Biceps-Triceps OVERDRIVE!!!

70 minutes of serious, brutal and
mind-boggling Biceps-Triceps action.

40% Isokinetic/Static and Negatives,
60% regular. Awesome pressure in
my arms thanks to the Creatine.

MEGA-Pump!!! :-)

I used the breaks in between sets to
work the Abdos and Calves.

A very satisfying and rewarding w/o.

Plus...

...we were in the presence of
true GREATNESS!

Martin (one of the Top 20 BB's in
the World) showed up - and for a
second the whole gym held it's
breath...

The guy is HUGE, HUGE, HUGE!!
Later on this year he will compete
in the Mr. Olympia!

I even had the audacity to ask him
if I could do a set in-between when
he was taking a break at the dip-
machine!

He granted me the favour and even
commented positively on the number
of reps I managed! :-)

2morrow: Cardio Action! :-)

Heavenly Guitar-Solo: hide & Pata

Check out the guitar solo at
3:21 - 4:04 !!!!!

Wasted Day...

Overslept.
Spent more than 1 hour on the m/u -
but got it right in the end! Even the
eyeliner-bitch-from-hell! :-D

__

The f***ers made me secretary of the
general assembly meeting and the
'show' went on for 4½ m*****f***ing
hours!!!!

A total and utter waste of my time!

No w/o.

Brutal leg workout :-)

60 min: A high speed, max intensity,
mind-boggling leg-w/o!

Breakdowns, Super-sets and Negatives.
60% regular, 40% isokinetic.

Plenty of energy (due to the creatine) -
just enough for 60 minutes! :-)

Just short...

The Creatine works far, far better than expected.
Woke up today and biceps/triceps were totally
pumped up – and huge!!! Checked in the mirror
and I was very pleased with what I saw! :-)

(..despite the fact that it’s a cheap creatine:
around 100.00 for 500 grams)

I trained biceps/triceps yesterday – I could work
out much harder and more intense!

Why?

Well I believe that it’s partly due to the creatine
but mostly because of:

NEW RULES

1. On any given day I either pump iron or
do the cardio-exercise. Never both – like I
did for so many months.

Sure: It was a great scheme and I lost a lot
of weight – but now it’s building time!

2. Pumping Iron w/o (1): Super-intense and
focused for max 70 minutes! That means:
Drastically reduce social talking to gym
buddies! No more talking while pumping
iron (except for 2 words or so…).

3. Pumping Iron w/o (2): Isometric and
static exercises
mixed with the usual
exercises. Increased number of negatives,
forced reps, breakdowns and supersets
for problem areas (biceps, pecs).

4. Pumping Iron w/o (3): Instead of breaks
of total inactivity between sets: I use the
time to train calves and abdo’s. That way I
don’t get cold + it’s much more fun!

5. Cardio w/o: Crosstrainer w/o – but
without involving the arms. 60 minutes.
Intensity: Averaging ≥ 200 Watts.

6. The busted ankle is now very strong thanks
to the rehab-training I did for many, many
months. Sure: It’s still busted – and it can
never heal, but the tendons and little muscles
around it are now superstrong. So: As long as
I keep the foot perfectly straight everything
is OK – I even can run!!

Will try to run on the treadmill one
of these days!!! :-)

Have a nice weekend!

Tired and thirsty...

Jeez - the Creatine makes me thirsty like
I am in the desert...
But it's a good thing: One must drink a lot
(water of course ;-) ) when on Creatine.

Some say 5 liters/day - some say 7 !!!

Meeting with Julia went pretty well -
but the makeup was wasted - oh well
at least I get some practice...

W/O was shit! I have to make serious
changes. Either split between pumping
iron and cardio W/O (CT) or something...

Have to check with Linda.

2Day: Pecs, Abdos, Calves, CT (45 min
averaging 200 Watts).

Pecs and Biceps: Nothing happens... :-(
Yes, yes: I get stronger - but thats not
exactly the goal...

2morrow: Either legs or Bic/Tric and NO
cardio!!!

Did my french homework and sent in le
presentation!

Gotta work now.
