Slept a few hours - felt better and went...

...makeup-shopping!! :-) LOL

Bought stuff for around 1000 at the Lindex
store. Took almost an hour - but the girl
who had to endure me had fun too!!

She was competent, but so was I(!) - and we
had discussions about products and techniques
and shit. Cheaper than the Kicks store - still
I got decent quality. 5 different eyeshadows!
(...and of course each has it's own brush!)

And I got me a good and cheap makeup-bag.

Gym:

Biceps/Triceps/Abdos/Calves
Breakdowns and Supersets for
Biceps & Triceps. Negatives for
Biceps (the only way to get them
really exhausted).

No cardio. Because:

1. Headphones of iPod are busted.. :-(
2. Better be carefull when one feels like
one might get a serious cold...

Wondergirl came at the same time
as I did - and later on I showed her
a bit Biceps/Triceps exercises.

I believe that she expected more -
but I kept it on a professional level.

Treat them mean - keep them keen! ;-)

Andréa got the 'Saint Ralph' DVD. She's
running 10 km right now...

Maria is mad at me and I dunno why.
Girls... *sigh*

Selma offered to help me with the makeup!!!!
WTF???

Shoes and black 3/4 tights arrived. Tights are
awesome - ordered 3 more. Special offer:
