Not good...

Rest-Pulse ca. 60 - that is 20% higher than normal.
Not good! :-(

Work was brutal last night and I slept only 5 hours.
Feel drained...

That means: No gym today - I don't think it's a good
idea to push it.

Metabolism seems to be OK. No other obvious signs
of overtraining.

I dunno what's wrong - but I better take it easy
today.
